The residence combining natural stone and wood to create a warm ambience will be delivered in quarter 4 of 2021. Residents will have access to several communal spaces which include a lounge/playroom and large 500 m² spa area that includes a reception, 150 m² swimming pool, fitness area, two saunas, sensory showers as well as treatment rooms.

Apartments come with the following all included in the price:

For each apartment, there are two ways of purchasing:

  • 1) Purchase as a holiday home and rent with an external company such as a local agency
  • 2) Purchase as a holiday home with a seasonal rental from the on site management company and reclaim the VAT

Both rental mechanisms allow for complete flexible usage with owners reserving the rights to use their properties whenever they wish.

For those that want to purchase using option (1) there are local agencies that will rent your property and you can use it whenever you require. VAT at 20% will need to be added to the price list of these apartments if purchasing with option (1).

Within Option (2), owners have the freedom to use their apartment, whenever they require, for up to 6 months of the year. When not using the apartment, it is then rented on the owners behalf by the management company, generating an income for the owner. Under this scheme the VAT at 20% is recovered at the end of construction, with this figure being reflected already in the prices shown.
