For those that want to purchase using option (1) there are local agencies that will rent your property and you can use it whenever you require. VAT at 20% will need to be added to the price list of these apartments if purchasing with option (1).
Within Option (2), owners have the freedom to use their apartment, whenever they require, for up to 6 months of the year. When not using the apartment, it is then rented on the owners behalf by the management company, generating an income for the owner. Under this scheme the VAT at 20% is recovered at the end of construction, with this figure being reflected already in the prices shown.
