On offer are the vineyards, production and living quarters in one of the oldest wine region of Germany. This winery farm is one of the largest among the vineyards on the vertical cordon in the world.
The current owner of this small winery is coming to retirement age and looking for a successor. At the initial stage, the new owner will be offered training or practical assistance in farming.
Description
The area occupied by vineyards, 1.5 ha: own vineyards — 1.14 hectares, leased — 0.51 hectares. 0.1 hectares of leased. Red (84%) and white grape varieties (16%): Riesling, Müller-Thurgau, Burgunder later.
Agricultural Law lease offers tenants a high degree of planning reliability. Lease agreement if there are no violations, it can not be dissolved any heirs or the purchaser.

Location
The farm is located in a sunny location near the town of Traben-Trarbach. From the windows of the house offers beautiful views of the surrounding vineyards and r. Mozel.
