Location and nearby objects

Adlershof is a district in the south-east of Berlin, since the end of the 1990s it is known as the ”city of science, technology and the media“. It is the largest scientific and technological center of Germany, where about 400 firms from around the world are based. The second important factor is the central airport Berlin-Brandenburg which is now being built with a whole complex including business, exhibition and shopping centers, as well as several hotels.

Just next to the house there are shops and service centers, restaurants and cafes, kindergartens and schools, doctors and pharmacies. Many favorite vacation spots of Berliners are reachable in just a few minutes: the old town Köpenick with the historic pedestrian area, the rivers Spree and Dahme and the largest lake in Berlin Müggelsee.
