New-build development of a five-storey apartment building with a total of 16 apartments. 15 two room apartments with compact and practical floor layouts around 52 m² – 90 m² over four floors and a three room apartment around 111 m² in the attic floor. Every apartment has its own balcony or terrace.

You can go up the TV tower or Potsdamer Platz, Friedrichstrasse or the western part of Berlin with its Kurfürstendamm and KaDeWe. There are countless shops, cafés and restaurants. Alternatively, you can visit East Side Gallery and the Museum Island. Relaxing, going jogging is best in the vast Treptower Park, or on the banks of the Spree.
