The historic building is located on a quiet, tree-lined street, Rüdesheimer Platz only 700 meters away. In the immediate vicinity are a supermarket, pharmacy, playgrounds, parks, kindergartens, elementary and middle school. 3 times a week is working a market on Breslauer Platz.
Friedenau — the smallest and most cozy area of Berlin, located between Schöneberg and Steglitz. This area is considered as one of the youngest, its construction was started by Kaiser Wilhelm II. Today in the stately buildings of that time are located restaurants, cafes and boutiques. Friedenau was the residence of many writers, artists and actors.
The area has well-developed transport infrastructure — subway lines, trains (U2, U9, S41/42, S45, S46), buses (101 and 248) and the highway are nearby.
