There are two ways of investing.
The first way:
Investor's Capital: 4 million euros.
Term of investment: 2 years
Profit: 5% per annum (400,000 €) + 20% of the sales profit (600,000 €).
The srond way:
The investment takes place in two stages.
The first stage:
Investor Capital: 9 million euros.
Term of invetment: 9 months.
Profit: 5% per annum (337,500 €).
The second stage:
Investor Capital: 4 million euros.
Term of invetment: 15 months.
Profit: 5% per annum (250,500 €) + 40% of the sales profit (1,200,000 €).
Notary fee of 1.5%.
RE purchase tax of 6%.
The broker's fee of 3%.
