Winery for sale close to the city of Kozani. The estate of 4500 sq. m. consists of a vineyard, garden, lawn and a building of 400 sq. m. All the equipment is Italian, purchased in 2004 and maintained in excellent condition! The winery has pumps of high and normal pressure, filtration equipment, equipment for labeling and corking bottles, bottle filler and stirrer, large cooling unit, stainless steel countertops, separate laboratory, 40 French oak barrels, bertomieu and ermitaze. Also, next to the winery there is an office and a space with a copper distillation equipment with 180 lt capacity. The vineyard of about 75000sq. m. is located close to a village, next to an artificial lake. About 60000 sq. m. are covered with anti-hail nets. The whole vineyard is watered with water from the lake. The perimeter of the vineyard is fenced. Varieties produced: Xinomavro, Moschomavro, Malagouzia, Roditis, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay.
