Several houses in a well-maintained residential complex. Each house has a magnificent enchanting view of the sea, mountains and picturesque surroundings. Each house has a private patio and a parking space.
In the territory of the complex, as well as around it, there are flowers, aromatic herbs, chestnuts and sweet cherry trees (traditional Pelion trees) are planted.
The houses are created in the traditional style of the area of Pelion: the first floors, composed of natural stone, further — the snow-white walls, ending under a four-slope triangular roof, covered with layers of silvery-greenish local stone.
The houses ranging from 74 to 120 m², offering two or four bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, one or three bathrooms and a terrace.
Doors, windows, shutters are made of natural wood.
Location and nearby infrastructure
This complex of 20 houses is located at an altitude of 450 meters above sea level, the nearest beach is one of the most famous beaches in Greece — Mylopotamos.
Nearby, there is the protected mountain Pelion, literally fanned by the legends of antiquity and the history of Greece. One of the most famous places here is the traditional Tsangarada village on the slopes of the mountain from the Aegean Sea.
Volos is an hour away by car.
