A picturesque cozy old stone house, lovingly furnished and decorated. Once it was a mansion of a local merchant, and in 2000 it was completely rebuilt by new, diligent masters.
Outside there is a covered terrace with a restored stone stove, a terrace floor and a courtyard covered with natural stone. The oven and barbecue are made of bricks with stainless steel inserts. Under the canopy there is a large table with a marble top 7 cm. In the territory, there are plantations with auto-irrigation.
On the average main floor of 110 m², there is a living room of 48 m² with a traditional fireplace, a large kitchen, a guest toilet.
On the upper floor of 110 m², there is a bedroom of 35 m² with a fireplace, a study, a spacious bathroom with a laundry, a living room with an open fireplace.
On the ground floor, there is a technical room.
The traditionality of the style is especially emphasized by the roof on all-wooden beams, on top covered by a Pelion stone, as well as by rustic plastering techniques, traditional stoves, stone and brick bricks.
The house is equipped with central heating, telephone, ADSL Internet with Wi-Fi and satellite TV, connection to water and electricity supply of the public network (powerful 3-phase electricity). On the ground floor, there is a modern heating boiler and a thermostatic pump, which support both separate heating of the floors and central heating with water heating.
Location and nearby infrastructure
The mansion is located in a traditional picturesque village by the sea from the Pagasitikos bay of the Pelion peninsula. It is a beautiful village with an equipped beach and many tavernas on the promenade.
