The villa 160 m² with a veranda of 50 m² was completed in 2010 and offers unforgettable panoramic views from its windows and verandas — on the surface of the Aegean Sea. Leaving the southern part of the house and passing 40 meters along an even lawn, you will find yourself on a sand and pebble beach. In other words, the Aegean Sea is the southern boundary of the villa.
On a plot of 1,300 m², bananas, palms, pomegranates and other plants are grown, automatically watered from a well with an underground key. There is a covered barbecue of 50 m², a guest toilet, a gazebo with stone benches and an amazing view of the sea.
On the ground floor, there is a living room of 70 m², the walls are made of natural stone (in the style of this area), and there is also a cast-iron aerothermic fireplace. On the same floor, there is a kitchen of 20 m², a sauna and a toilet.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each about 15 m², a bathroom and a veranda of 50 m² with a unique view of the sea and the surrounding area.
Location and nearby infrastructure
The villa is located on the northwest coast of the Evia peninsula on the very first line from the sea and the beach, to Athens — 105 km.
