A two-storey villa in an area of 240 m² is created entirely of natural stone. Resting in a comfortable deckchair by the pool, you can watch the sun drown in the water at sunset, reflecting a farewell beam in the misted glass.
On the territory of the villa, there is a swimming pool 52 m² (11.5x4.5 m), 100 meters on the straight sparkles the sea. A little below the villa, in the hill, is an interesting cave with stalagmites. The path to it goes among fragrant plants and flowers.
On the territory, there are two open summer dining areas (by the pool and at the exit from the kitchen). On the plot, there is a garden and a lawn, a parking.
A living room, a dining room and a kitchen are a large open space on the lower floor. There are four bedrooms, each with an en-suit bathroom, one of which has a hydromassage: two bedrooms on the lower floor with access to the terrace in front of the pool and to the garden with panoramic views, two bedrooms on the top floor with an access to a large veranda oriented to the endless panoramic views of the sea. The pastel colors of the bedrooms create a pleasant relaxing atmosphere.
Comfortable furniture, a wooden ceiling in white, and large floor-to-ceiling windows create an interesting feeling that sparkling water of the Mediterranean Sea almost merges into the living room.
Location and nearby objects
The villa is located on a hillside in the Bay of Livadia — in the west of the prefecture of Chania and the island of Crete, where the Libyan Sea converges with the Mediterranean.
The western part of the island offers the guest a Cretan pastoral in all its originality and purity. Interesting, non-monotonous landscapes that combine sea, mountains, valleys, gorges and rocks form local landscapes. Livadia is one of such treasures. The rocky and stony beaches of Livadia are ideal for fishing, snorkeling and diving.
In 15 minutes drive is Chrysoskalitis with its famous monastery, and just 10 minutes drive stretch the stunning beauty of the landscapes and beaches of Elafonisi. To the beach on foot — about 400 meters.
