The complex is located 2 minutes (by car) from Shinias beach with a pine forest, 10 minutes from the village of Marathonas and the beach, 15 minutes from the suburb of Attica Nea Makri, 20 minutes from the port of Rafina. Walking to the sea on foot is almost instant (only 3 minutes), and a 10-minute walk — a mini market and a grocery store, where there is everything you need.
