The villa is located on the on the mountainside near the Platanias village on the Pelion peninsula. One can reach the beach in 5–7 minutes walk. There are shops, restourants, tavernas and a pier in the village. In 40 minutes one can reach the closest island of Skiathos and in one hour the closest central town of the area named Volos.
This quiet area does not have a lot of tourist even in the high season, though the climat here is more comfortable than on the south of the country.
