We salt the sweet hills of Agazzano, to an altitude of 300 meters on the level of the sea, we cross the path in stones and the sight of the house already is like an ecstasy.
A building of notable merit, observes the beauty of the stone, the simple line, the garden that appears like a small park, we imagine us to be sits under the vine-trellis in iron to pick up a rose, or to delay to the time of the sunset for the last moment with perfumes of that corollary of bushes and flowers, without skipping the last look to the maritime pine and the ancient walnut-tree.
We come then to know that the building goes up again to an old period around 1600 century, and that building was an ancient tower of sighting of the Castle of Momeliano just underlying the house.
In the first ninety years the same was found to be fully restored. Is understandable how big efforts was put buy the owners to give back life to the building, maintaining as far as possible the native structure, with attention of recovery all the ancient materials (typical and local only) stone, the terracotta that we see in the floor to the ground floor, the beams to sight in wood oak.
We move slowly, almost not to leave out anything, we cross the entry and we immediately meet an intimate living room, we foretaste the evenings sat in front of this 1600 beautiful fireplace, we walk on a terracotta floor, look up to the beauty of the ceiling tiles and the ceiling beams.
Then we pass to comfortable kitchen, above to the fires a romantic mantel, well equipped with the ideal fireplace to prepare lunches on the grate.
The interior confirms a ”country style''with a touch of undeniable elegance. We continue the tour by climbing a staircase from the first floor in stone and solid oak, the hand glides over the wrought iron railing, a library, and here we are going to open the door of the rooms.
