Farm in the countryside.
80,000 m² of estates are occupied by olive groves and, 190,000 m² — arable fields irrigated by artesian well water.
On these lands, there are two ancient buildings, one — the middle of the XIX century, another — the beginning of the XX century, the first area of 500 m², and the other — 600 m². Both need reconstruction.
Next to the buildings, there is a mill, dating from the first half of the 19th century and a cistern cut down in a large rock that watered animals such as cows, sheep, and goats, with a natural and automatic filling system. That is, a channel is dug in the ground, which starts from there, where during the winter the water gathers, and then sends it to the reservoir.
Fruits for the production of oil give 827 olive trees.
