Built in 1532 by order of the viceroy Don Pedro de Toledo, the Torre di Cesare represents an excellent example of defensive and lookout tower, part of the monitoring system of the Amalfi coast against the Saracen attacks.
The property is divided into three main areas, in fact departing from the main street, among pine trees and panoramic terraces, you will find the first accommodation named ”Le Terrazze“ (4 sleeps), going down after 140 steps you will find the second area named ”La Canonica“ (9 sleeps), while at the end of the property after 180 steps you will reach the ”Tower“ with 2 units called La Torre Normanna and La suite dello Chef.
