The prestigious two-storey villa is located in a large park of about 10,000 m², which houses both typical beautiful and peculiar Mediterranean vegetation plants, and also olive trees. Important to mention, that villa was built respecting the surrounding environment.
The villa was recently reconstructed. Originally the building had one floor, now it has two floors.
The villa features a spacious panoramic terrace, overlooking the sea and Elba Island, as well as a large open-air swimming pool.
On the first floor there is a large living room with fireplace and dining room, overlooking the landscape and the sea. On the second floor there are four double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Almost all the finishes are in marine-style wood.
