The main building consists of one country house dated 13th century. It is divided in 7 apartments.
The house includes professionally equipped cellars, a tasting room and offices.

The estate covers an area of 46 hectares made up of 17 hectares of vineyard (producing of Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino and of Rosso D. O. C Santantimo wine), 5 hectares of arable crops, a small olive grove and the rest woodland.
