We offer a unique villa on the western shore of Lake Como. The property is an ancient silk factory transformed into a residential building in the 1960s. The oldest parts of the mansion date back to the late 600s and are shown on maps since 1720. The current structure was built between 1847 and 1860. All the rooms are large and have preserved the industrial facility style featuring fireplaces and chimneys. The villa has a waterfront garden, a spacious lounge of 200 m² and an independent completely renovated building of the 19th century with an area of 800 m², connected to the main house by several internal and external stairs, including nine separate units that are rented out now.
The main building includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a double living room and an office, a kitchen, a service area and a tavern. All rooms face a charming stone porch that can be also accessed from the berth.
On the upper floor there is a spacious lounge area with large windows and a lake view.
