The villa, built in the 15th century, has retained its splendor and luxury to these days. The real image of the villa is due to one famous architect who combined the Tuscan and Roman styles of the 16th and 17th centuries with the modern style.
To the original villa was attached the tower, which now opens a fabulous view of the Umbrian hills. The villa is surrounded by a park of 11 hectares with many fountains. On the site there are laurel trees, lilies, lemon trees, palms, bamboo, magnolia, which combine with the smells of olive and walnut trees, which are also part of this property.
On the territory of the complex there is also an estate and some agricultural buildings, and there is an amphitheater and an open-air swimming pool.
There are two kitchens, a dining room, terraces, an office, a billiard room, two living rooms, ten bedrooms (each with an en-suite bathroom).
The main building inside is decorated with frescoes, medieval sculptures, marble fireplaces, decorations on walls, the ceiling and doors.
The villa is located in a picturesque and quiet area of the city. Shops, restaurants, and cafes are just a few minutes drive away from the building.
