The old-fashioned house includes a garden, a cellar and a covered parking. There are also two freight elevators, one of which can be adapted for passengers. The last renovation was made in 2010.
The house has two independent entrances, so you can divide it into four apartments, create a boutique hotel or use it for other types of investments.
The ground floor of the building is built of basalt stone in the late 19th century. It preserves such details of the time as the floor, frescoes and vaults. The ground floor is divided into 2 parts: the first is a two-bedroom apartment with an area of about 80 m² (currently rented), and the second-an apartment (150 m²) with two bedrooms, a living room and access to the garden.
The first and second floors were built in the 70s. The first floor an area of approximately 100 m² is divided into two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a terrace with panoramic views of the Ionian coast.
On the second floor (70 m²) there is a large terrace with stunning views stretching from Taormina to Augusta and Calabria.
