A prestigious estate a few kilometers from the historic center of Todi with views of the hills and forests of Umbria.
Previously, the estate was the residence of the family of Bishop Todi Louis Gwaltiero. The territory also housed a small church under the auspices of San Girolamo.
On a 2-hectare plot, there are olive trees and a vineyard, as well as a Mediterranean-style park and a heated pool overlooking the entire Valley del Tevere.
The main house functions as a hotel and includes pantries, a wine cellar, a gym with locker rooms, spacious elegant rooms with direct access to the portico, nine bedrooms, large bathrooms.
In the territory there is another house of 117 m², in which the owners live.
