Farm with 22 hectares of land with vineyards and olive groves (own produce of Chianti Classico DOCG wine and extra virgin olive oil). The architectural structure, partly in stone and partly plastered, is built around an ancient Florentine watchtower from the 12th century, with antique adjacent stone outbuilding and a former barn on two floors.
