Ancient palazzo in the historic center of Lecce, that could be transformed in a stunning small hotel. The building has been completely restored in 1999–2001, its facades and interiors including supporting constructions.
The building develops on five levels and has the total surface of 1271 sq. m., including 267 sq. m. of terraces and balconies. A central air conditioning system is installed on every floor. Water and energy equipment is certified and meet valid norms and laws.
Bathrooms are finished with precious kinds of marble, floors are covered with marble too, except the guest local with its typical cotto, and the ground floor with its local stone.
