The main road leads directly to the property gate. The historic center of Gubbio, 7 km away, is a 10-minute drive away with its unrivaled architectural landmarks.
It will take approximately 45 minutes by car to reach some of the major historical centers of Umbria — Assisi (42 km) and Perugia (36 km) — the administrative center of the region and the university city. Lake Trasimeno (61 km) and the Adriatic Sea (84 km) can be reached in an hour.
The nearest airport, Sant'Egidio, with national and some international flights, is located in Perugia (36 km, about 40 minutes drive). Other airports in Central Italy are Ancona Falconara (93 km), Florence Peretola (182 km), Rome Ciampino (217 km) and Rome Fiumicino (233 km).
