Villa with a garden of 1.700 m² and a park area of 25.000 m². In the courtyard in front of the villa there is a well with 9 separate houses around, which previously served as a dwelling for working peasants.
In the park next to the villa there is a wine cellar, where barrels and grape pressing equipment are still stored. On the site there is a source on the site of which you can install a pool. The villa has repeatedly become the scene for the shooting of films such as ”Montalbano“ and ”Don Corleone“.
The main villa consists of 13 rooms overlooking the garden with palm trees. In some rooms, the original old floor from the 19th century and the frescoes on the ceilings have been preserved. There is also an old chapel that has been converted into a dressing room.
