The complex consists of a main farmhouse with 6 apartments, a self-contained unit, a veranda-restaurant and pool. The main house, with stone and brick exterior walls, is divided in 6 independent apartments — 3 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor, plus an additional unit in the annex.
From the top of the hill, the farmhouse overlooks its 20 hectares of land (approx. 49 acres), with small lake for irrigation. There are olive groves for a total of 5 hectares (12 acres) which produce an excellent olive oil for a total of approx. 350 kg., the remaining 15 hectares are arable.
The pool of 14x7 m is panoramic and overlooks the valley with views extending to Montalcino, Mount Amiata, Radicofani and Siena.
