Estate 3 km from the city of Arezzo.
Near the house there is a large patio where you can organize lunches/ dinners in the open air, there is a wood-fired oven that was used for baking bread. On the plot (1 hectare of well-maintained park) there is a panoramic swimming pool 6x15 m and a building of about 40 m² used as a warehouse.
The 15th century building was completely renovated in 2012; the skillful restoration of the prestigious estate was carried out with attention to the traditional elements of Tuscan houses and modern comfort.
