Ground floor: entrance hall, large lounge, spacious dining room with built-in closet, open space kitchen with built-in furniture, study, bathroom with pre-bath.
First floor: bedroom with balcony, dressing room and bathroom with Jacuzzi, two bedrooms with balcony, bathroom with tub and shower.
The basement floor of 150 m² consists of a bathroom with shower, laundry, basement, garage, bunker, and technical room.
The villa is surrounded by a garden of 1000 m² with a swimming pool, barbecue area, wood stove, porch, lighting, and irrigation system with an independent well, and paths of volcanic tuff.
The villa has a solar panel installed.
Built-in closets, doors, and window frames were custom-made oak and cherry wood.
