Restored 19th century country house.

The house is surrounded by a well-groomed plot/garden with lawns and land of almost 16 hectares — mostly olive grove (640 olives). There are also two buildings with an area of ​​154 m² and 49 m², which after the necessary restoration work can be used as guest houses. On the territory there is a beautiful swimming pool 12x6 m.

The house, renovated in 1997, is habitable. The restoration was carried out with attention to the traditional style of Umbrian farmhouses — the characteristic elements of the original materials were preserved and improved: terracotta floors, ceilings and roof with wooden beams, facades and load-bearing walls made of stone.
