This area between South Umbria and North Lazio has a rich history, and it is characterized mainly by rural areas where olive oil is produced.

The residence consists of several buildings in a park of 2 hectares with a swimming pool and tall trees.

The main villa with a terrace was built in 2009 in a classic style. The two-story house has an area of approximately 200 m². All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The main and the guest houses are equipped with an alarm system.

In the park, there is a heated 15x5 swimming pool with hydromassage, a gazebo with a dining table, a ping-pong table, a chaise long depositary, a dressing room, and a bathroom with a sauna and an outdoor shower.

Inside the park, there is also a SPA area of 45 m² with a jacuzzi for 6 people, a shower, an infrared sauna, air conditioning, exercise bikes, a solarium, massage chairs, and a 30 m² depositary for equipment storage.
