Historic villa with a pool and a large plot in Isola del Piano, Marche, Italy

This 150-year-old restored farmhouse is located in the countryside between Fano and Urbino. Sitting on top of a hill and it is surrounded by vineyards, golden corn and sunflower fields, it features a total of 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. It boasts stunning views over the hills and landscapes all the way to the Adriatic sea and the Apennines where the air is still pure and clean. The restoration of the main house (about 587 m²) was completed in 2015. The exterior style has been preserved as the building is protected by the Italian Cultural and History Administration, but the interior has been entirely re-organised in a highly comfortable yet minimalist style with careful attention to detail.

The garden surrounding the building is about 7.500 m² with a 11×4 m swimming pool. The pool and its terraces (about 17×7 m) have been designed to complement the surrounding garden and nature, with stunning panoramic views. The garden is equipped with full automatic irrigation system and underground storage tank (34.000 l) for groundwater.
