This beautiful 19th century villa is situated on the hills behind Pesaro, with a stunning view over the Adriatic Sea and the Marche rolling hills.

Attached to the house, there’s an independent apartment for the guardian about 100 m². This apartment is composed of a kitchen, sitting/dining room, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Detached from the house and with an independent access from a secondary gate, you can find the 140 m² garage, excellent if you have several cars. Of course, part of it it may be also used as a storage for the gardening tools.
