ABOUT THE PROJECT
The project at Ērkšķu iela 2, Riga is located in the Imanta suburb of the city, in a quiet, green residential area. The territory is fenced and has cobbled paths, with children’s playgrounds and green areas for resting, which creates the feeling of living in a private house. Each of the apartments has its own entrance, an autonomous gas heating boiler, as well as a personal car parking space at the door of the house.
DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENTS
The project consists of three buildings with 10 two-room and three-room apartments, as well as 14 two-room apartments with an individual green area. The areas of the apartments vary from 69.5 to 199.75 m².
The offer made to our customers includes the choice of having apartments with a white finish or either of the two other types of finish — Basic or Modern, which enable the wall colours and other finishing elements to be adapted to the individual tastes of the customer.
The design of the apartments and the large windows ensure light and the feeling of width in all the rooms of the apartment, irrespective of their location. The apartments on the ground floor and the two-floor apartments have individual exits to the adjacent territory or to the terrace. A fireplace can be installed in the two-floor apartments.
A security alarm and fire alarm have been installed at the apartments for your safety.
High quality materials have been used for the implementation of the project — thus ensuring excellent thermal and sound insulation. The Junkers autonomous gas heating system will enable you to not only control the temperature in the apartment yourself, but also to reduce your costs considerably.
Heating and hot water in the apartments is ensured by autonomous gas heating boilers, while cold water and sewerage — by connections to the networks of the city.
DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSES
The territory has a cobbled and an asphalted access road and cultivated lawns. The house is encircled by deciduous trees on one side and private houses on the other. Decorative plastering has been used forthe façades of the buildings, which has been supplemented by wooden plank elements of a dark colour, making it one of the most interesting housing complexes in terms of its design in the neighbourhood.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
The project is located in Imanta, one of the most in demand suburbs of Riga, in a residential area next to Jūrmalas Gatve and Kurzemes Prospekts. The proximity of the public transport (bus, train) ensures excellent links with the centre of Riga and Jūrmala, which enables you to reach your destination faster.
The infrastructure of the adjacent territory is well developed, including shopping centres (Rimi, Maxima), several kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, art and sports schools and cultural and healthcare institutions.
