New flats in the building at 161 Brivibas Street!
We offer new flats in the building at 161 Brivibas Street, Riga, which was erected in 1934 according to the project of a well-known architect Lidija Hofmane-Grinberga.

The flats are renovated so as to preserve valuable historical elements – rounded ceilings. Floors are covered with triple-layer oak parquet, internal doors are created in the classical style. External doors are produced by the company Reaton. Bathroom fixtures are supplied from the best manufacturer PAA and the quality leader Villeroy&Boch and Hansgrohe. The building is equipped with a completely re-designed heating system. It combines the best elements of the past and the present – the restored cast-iron radiators known as the best heat accumulators and the modern heating unit, the system of individual heat metering and regulation in each flat.
