Architectural monument. The building was built in 1887 by the project of architect V. Eple. This is one of the rare historical buildings in Jurmala, which is characterized by an asymmetric volume with a turret. At the time of free Latvia, the building had a post office, which was located here until the 1980s. In 2004 – 2006, restoration work was carried out and the building was proposed for a review of the best architectural works in Latvia. Now the building has offices and only 4 residential apartments. The apartment was carried out expensive (designer) finishing work using exclusive finishing materials including exotic wood flooring, collectible stone tiles, granite and historic bricks. In the apartment: — 3 bedrooms (main, children's and guest) located in a separate apartment block, where there is also a large bathroom, dressing room and fitted wardrobes. — Cabinet (possible to use as a bedroom). — Laundry room (washing and drying machines, technical sink) — Guest bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. — Salon (living room), visually divided into 3 equal parts: kitchen, dining room (with a working fireplace), seating area. — Terrace 80 sq. m. with retractable awning outdoor furniture. — Parking. The total area of the apartment is 240 sq. M. (”under the roof“ 160 sq. m., terrace 80 sq. m.)
