We offer to buy an elegant 4-room apartment, located on the 2nd floor of the building. The apartment consists of living room connected with kitchen and 3 bedrooms.

”Wilhelma nami“ is an exclusive complex of apartment buildings in the Old Town.

The breath of antiquity and the peace of the Old City make ”Wilhelm's House“ a real oasis for the soul. The buildings are part of the ensemble of cultural monuments of national importance, they were built in 17./18. century and thanks to 2013./2016. during the reconstruction carried out in the year, ”Wilhelm's House“ again comes to life.

As a result of the reconstruction, the Three Houses on Miesnieku Street are combined into a single complex of buildings and a single two-level courtyard is created, which is freely connected to the walls of the neighboring St. Peter's Square. The territory adjoining the Anglican Church of the Savior.

Reconstruction in early 2013. in 2009, it was decided to create a modern and comfortable apartment complex that could meet the ambitious requirements of the most modern apartment buyers, creating an environment in a medieval building, with a history and an excellent location.

The buildings are included in the list of national cultural monuments.

The architectural monument has a carefully designed modern and comfortable 3-House complex and houses 12 carefully thought-out apartments that meet the needs of people who appreciate real quality and luxury.

For the convenience of living in the complex for the residents of the House has also created its own SPA complex with a small, comfortable and functional gym. There is also a small courtyard, closed from prying eyes on all sides, overlooking the Anglican Church. A multi-function entrance hall, where you can drink coffee, wait for neighbors or guests, watch TV, play board games or even celebrate a resident's holiday.

A storage room is also provided for all apartments. In apartments, as in the house itself, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, soundproofing, safety — and that's not all. For the convenience of apartment owners, management of all systems is carried out remotely — using the hip home system.

The concept of“ Wilhelm's House ” Apartments is created for those who do not live, but enjoy life. Those who are able to see and appreciate what is truly valuable. The interior of the apartments is clearly dominated by white color, which gives the rooms spaciousness and allows you to highlight the special accent of the design of the premises – exposed brickwork and beams. Nothing in the interior of the apartments is chosen not by chance, but in such a way as to create coziness, peace and elegance in the mighty walls. In the selection of finishing materials and furniture brands, only world-renowned manufacturers and designers were selected to create outstanding design and art objects, icons that will not lose their value as time passes.

So, for example, light fixtures are selected from the collection created by the Japanese designer of light fixtures Ingo Maurer and designer Filipe Stark company Flos. Fireplaces-from the French manufacturer Focus. The interior is complemented by contemporary art and specially selected items from auctions, and antique shops in Europe. The bathrooms used plumbing from Italian designer Company Rexa and tiles from Spanish brand Inalco. Furniture is selected from such Italian brands as Driade, Gervasoni, Cassina, Boffi and others.

All apartments are fully finished and equipped, furnished with high-quality, stylish furniture from leading manufacturers. Carefully designed kitchens are equipped with the most modern and convenient household appliances. Each apartment is equipped with a modern security system and video surveillance. Everything is done so that everything is maximally comfortable and safe for the residents of the building.

      • Can I get a mortgage abroad?

It depends on the country. For example, German banks willingly offer mortgages to foreigners at 1.5-2 % per annum with LTV up to 70%. Spain offers less favourable terms: the minimum rate for foreigners is 2.5% per annum. The situation is different in Greece: although the law does not prohibit banks from issuing loans, in practice, Greek banks don’t issue loans to local nor foreign property buyers. You can learn about the mortgage terms in your preferred country by contacting Tranio’s local agents.

      • How does the purchase procedure work?

The purchase procedure depends on the country where you buy property. Generally, after choosing a property you need to sign a preliminary agreement with the seller and carry out a due diligence of the property by checking the relevant documents and the property's technical condition. After that, all parties sign the sales agreement and the notary registers the transaction. As a rule, the purchase registration costs amount to approximately 10% of the property price.

      • Can a residence permit be obtained by buying property?

In some countries it is possible. Residence-for-property purchase programmes are known as Golden Visas programmes. Greece, Spain, Latvia, and Portugal offer the most popular Golden Visas in Europe. The Greek residence permit is the cheapest and can be obtained by buying a property worth at least €250,000, while organising all of the documents costs about €19,000. Certain countries offer citizenship to property buyers — for example, an investor can get their hands on a Cypriot passport by buying a property worth at least €2M.

      • Can I obtain income from a seaside apartment?

Yes. You can use the purchased property yourself for holidays and lease it to tourists for the rest of the time. To avoid the hassle of finding tenants and cleaning the property, it’s a wise idea to hire a management company to do all the work – these services usually cost about 20% of the rent. Take into account the length of the tourist season in the location you choose: in certain regions it will be easy to rent apartments out all year round, while in others it might only be possible to do so during the high season.

      • How does Tranio make money if your service is free for the clients?

We share the commission, which the buyer or the seller (depending on the country) pays to our partners — foreign real estate agencies. The price of this service is the same as if you contacted the agency directly — this is an important condition and applies to all of our partnership agreements.

      • Who guarantees the transaction security?

The transaction security is guaranteed by the notary who draws up the sales agreement and checks the information on the previous and current owners of the property, any outstanding restrictions, mortgage, and third-party encumbrances. Tranio is not responsible for the parties involved in the transaction.
