A cottage with a working mini-hotel on the first coastline in the historic village of Stoliv in the Boka Kotorska Bay. The beach is right in front of the house — 10 meters from it. In front of the house, there is a parking place for several cars and an auxiliary structure, equipped with a cafe.

The facade of the house faces the main road that runs around the entire Boka Bay of Kotor, and immediately across the road is the local pebble beach.

The house has long been owned by the Montenegrin family, which maintains it in good condition and receives guests and tourists every year.


The house consists of three floors: on the ground floor there is a reception and a living room with a kitchen, on the first and third floors — six separate apartments, three on the each floor. Each apartment has a terrace with a breathtaking panoramic sea view. In the house there is a basement for storing everything necessary.

This is an ideal place for recreation, which is in great demand among tourists: silence and tranquility, unusually beautiful landscapes of the bay give an opportunity to relax and escape from the city's bustle.

The village of Stoliv is located in a prime location in the Boka Bay of Kotor, a drive to Tivat Airport by car takes about 20 minutes. It also means that in the immediate vicinity there is the city of Tivat with all its infrastructure and ultra-modern complex of Porto Montenegro with a marina and a wharf for yachts. At the same time, a 20-minute trip in the other direction will lead to the ancient, ancient city of Kotor. This city is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
