A flat land plot in the process of urbanization will not require large investments to prepare for construction work. It is located near the entire urban infrastructure (electricity, sewerage, water supply). The site does not have direct access to the road, there is the possibility of obtaining the right of access through nearby sites. An application for entering a plot in the DUP (detailed urbanization plans) and registering it as a separate urban plot (”parcels“) was submitted to the municipality of Budva in 2014.
The plot is located in the center of Budva, near the Yadran road and the old school, perfectly suited for the construction of a residential house.
