A land on which pomegranate trees grow is located near the monasteries of Rustovo (the first temple in Montenegro dedicated to the memory of the Russian royal family of Romanovs) and Praskvits (the headquarters of one of the most influential families of Montenegro, Pashtrovich) is consecrated.
The plot is nominally owned by a legal entity, it is possible to acquire a legal entity together with the land, with the buyer being exempted from paying a 3% tax on the purchase of real estate. The land is sold with a house project, the plot can accommodate up to five villas, there is the possibility of obtaining a building permit.
The plot is located 3 km from the coast at an altitude of 400 m above sea level, with a panoramic view of the coastal strip. The entire infrastructure is as accessible as possible: there is spring water, an entrance to the site, electricity is supplied. Luxurious views of the Budva Bay, the islands of St. Nicholas and Sveti Stefan. Near the plot there is an ancient Orthodox church and a convent. It is a quiet ”green“ place with fertile land. In this place there is a legendary stone staircase to the mountains, made by a representative of the famous Russian Count's family Stroganoff.
