Becici is famous for its golden, fine-pebbled beach ”Becici“ 2.5 km long, which received the ”Grand Prix“ in Paris in 1936 as the best beach in Europe. Between the beach and the Adriatic highway there are several of the largest hotels of the Budva Riviera, restaurants, cafes and bars. You can get to Becici from Budva on foot along the seaside boulevard. During the beach season, a small ”road train“ runs along it until late at night. Minibuses from Budva along the highway to Petrovac and Sveti Stefan also stop in Becici. In this area the most expensive hotels on the Montenegrin coast are located.
