This characterful country house sits on top of a small hill offering great views of the countryside. The third bedroom of the main house is directly opposite the entrance door, in a small building of its own that used to be the kitchen. A bathroom is just a few meters away, off the entrance hall of the main house.

The annex has a very private feel thanks to its own entrance gate and the beautiful garden at the front. There is a shaded terrace from where one can enjoy the views of the hills to the south. The main door opens into a fitted kitchen. Doors to either side lead into the bedroom and the bathroom respectively. There is also a storage room or walk-in wardrobe at the back of the bathroom.

Thanks to the hilltop location you can enjoy fantastic views from the gardens, the various terraces and even from the pool. While surrounded by hills and greenery, the house is only a few minutes’ drive from the village of Santa Catarina da Fonte do Bispo and the town of São Brás de Alportel, both offering all amenities. The towns of Tavira and Olhão can be reached within 20 minutes. A typical café-bar is just a minute’s walk away. This property needs to be seen to be fully appreciated.
