This exceptionally well-presented vineyard produces circa 15.000 litres of high quality wine per annum. More recently planted vines will soon bring this up to circa 25.000 litres. It is fully organic as is the 45 litres of cold pressed virgin oil from the olive trees and the large variety of fruit trees. Red, white and rosé wines are made here using the following grape types: Cabernet Sauvignon, Touriga Nacional, Aragonez, Trincadeira, Touriga francesca, Tinta Cao, Syrah, Merlot and Chardonnay.

The wine is made and bottled in a large cellar with top of the range equipment. It is sold exclusively to one supermarket and a few restaurants in Portugal and the majority is exported to Holland.

The owners house is recently built, fully and extremely well insulated, has an under floor heating and cooling system and beautiful spacious rooms with patio doors leading to outdoor terracing. There is a master bedroom with en-suite and a separate wing for the two guest rooms, family bathroom, storage area and indoor access to the wine cellar. Along with this is a well-appointed one-bedroom apartment.

This is a perfect area for horses and there are two paddocks and stables. When the grapes have been harvested the horses are free to wander as the whole property is fenced. There is an above ground pool with the probability of being able to put in a larger one if desired. This would be subject to planning.
