Located at Rua do Breiner, PRIMROSE – City Living is a contemporary architecture development that reconciles it´s centrality with nature, offering a colossal garden for family leisure moments.
Located in 178 Breiner street, PRIMROSE – City Living, is a rehabilitation and expansion project that followed the most demanding standards of quality, with entirely new structures and infrastructures.
In this project, from Ana Coelho Architect atelier, special attention was given to the creation of contemporary spaces, designed to offer modernity, comfort and well-being.
The building has a lift and all the apartments have central air conditioning, featuring by energy efficiency, thermal and acoustic comfort.
This development has a large garden common to all apartments with lawns and fruit trees.
19 apartments from studios to 3 bedroom apartments and areas between 35 m² and 158 m², balconies and a large common garden with fruit trees.
The project includes 10 parking places and 7 storage areas.
