This luxury sea front villa situated in a quiet area and offers the chance for completely unwind and relax. You will find it very hard to leave the first line villa because the outside of the villa gives you so much you will not need to go anywhere else. The large patio area at the back has stunning uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean sea and is the ideal place to eat al fresco. A gentle cool breeze blowing in off the sea gives respite from the sun and the only sounds to be heard are the soft lapping of the water in the uniquely shaped swimming pool and the sway of the surrounding tropical trees and plants. Take delight in watching the boats sail by. If you do have to tear yourself away the inside of the villa has all the amenities you would expect to find in such a luxury property. A lounge and dining area lead to separate kitchen and utility areas which, among other appliances, have a washing machine, tumble dryer, a large American style fridge freezer and dish washer. You may like to relax in the lounge on the leather sofa, but you will not be able to escape the outside and those magnificent views. On the ground floor is one of the four double bedrooms, complete with ensuite corner bath. Upstairs there are three other double bedrooms, all with their own ensuite (one has a corner bath, the other two have showers) and all of them have patio doors leading onto a shared balcony which stretches the full width of the villa offering exceptional sea views Distances: RESTAURANT — WALK LESS THAN 5 MIN, > MINI/SUPERMARKET — WALK 5 MIN, > HYPERMARKET — DRIVE LESS THAN 10 MIN, > AYIA NAPA CENTRE — DRIVE 10 MIN, > PROTARAS CENTRE WALK 10 MIN, > BAR — WALK LESS THAN 10 MIN, > BEACH — WALK LESS THAN 10 MIN About Central Protaras The cosmopolitan resort of Protaras has become a European holiday hot-spot in recent years. Situated on the south-east coast of Cyprus, the resort stretches for over 10km, from the high cliffs of the Cape Greco national park to the hidden sandy coves of Paralimni. Known as “the land of windmills” Protaras maintains the nostalgic quality of its past through its original windmills and Venetian architecture, whilst offering every amenity. In the hot months of July, the Paralimni Municipality organizes the Paralimni Cultural Festival. This festival is dedicated to the cultural heritage of Paralimni that is renowned for its folk poets and strong traditions. Beaches in the Area Vrisi Bay Beach: Vrisi Beach, along with Fig Tree Bay Beach, constitute the main beach area of Protaras. The sand is fine but in some places it may be a little rocky in the water. Fig Tree Bay Beach (Protaras Bay): One of Cyprus’ best known and most popular beaches, Fig Tree Bay takes its name from the tree that provided shade to locals before the area’s popularity with tourists. With its long stretch of fine, white sand, clean and shallow water, the beach is a favorite with locals over the weekends, particularly those with small children. The island in the centre of the bay contributes to the calmness of the water. The beach has good road access and many amenities. The beach is well equipped with restaurant and water sport facilities and is situated in the heart of Protaras. Lombardi Bay Beach and Nissia Bay Beach (Mimosa Beach). Two small beaches located either side of a headland, to the south of Central Protaras. Konnos Bay Beach: This beautiful beach is located to the east of Ayia Napa between Cape Greko and Protaras. Konnos Bay is a beautiful wind-swept bay which is almost like a secluded beach. You have to go down the slope from the main road through some hairpin bends to reach the beach. The setting of this beach is amazing. Lovely sandy beaches and shallow waters make it ideal for young families RPV 196
