3-bedrooms apartment in Haute-Savoie, France

Sunday changeover in winter, Saturday changeover in summer.

This is a beautiful three-bedroomed apartment in Les Gets in a brand new, high specification block, with a private hot-tub.

The apartment overlooks the pistes, and is just a short walk away from the Perrieres Express chairlift and the famous Mélèzes ski run (many locals' favourite piste).

There is a small bar on the way to and from the pistes, as well as a small supermarket very cose by. There is a free shuttle bus to the centre of the village, but to walk takes only ten minutes. Just around the corner is the Fruitières de Perrières — where they make local cheeses and have a fantastic restaurant.

The apartment itself has an underground, lock-up parking space, and also a ski locker available to guests. Bike storage can be arranged for road bikes for summer rentals.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and has a South-west aspect, thus benefitting from plenty of sun.

There are three bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Bedroom one is a twin/double where the beds can be locked together to form a king, or split to form two singles. This room uses the family bathroom along the hallway (which has a bath, shower, sink and WC). Bedroom 2 is also a twin/double, with the beds able to be set up as either twins or a king. This bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with sink and shower. Bedroom 3 is the master bedroom and has a supering sized bed, and its own ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC. There is also a separate WC off the main entrance.

The large living area is open plan to the high spec fitted kitchen and the dining area. There is a wall mounted, flat-screen TV with UK and French channels and there is good, fast wifi throughout the apartment.

Off the living room, accessed through a sliding glass door there is a huge balcony area with a hot tub. Please note the hot tub is offered for guests to use at their own risk and will be serviced with fresh water before each visit and there is a chance that on the first night the water will not have heated fully.
