This property was built in 1892 on the hills of Filottrano, in the province of Ancona, just over 20 Km from the famous beaches of Mt. Conero (Portonovo, Sirolo and Numana) and near a number of historic cities of art which are very active from an artistic and cultural perspective (Macerata, Jesi, Osimo, Recanati). This farmhouse, which has been featured in numerous leading sector magazines, is located near a village with a characteristic general store and just a short distance (5 km) from the small town of Filottrano, which has every type of service and structure. The whole farmhouse is built with ancient bricks and developed over 3 levels. It is situated on a hilltop in a panoramic and dominant position, surrounded by approximately one hectare of olive-groves and Mediterranean trees. The large glass windows allow the landscape to become part of the architecture, creating a space filled with light where the “outdoors” becomes the “indoors”, a space where the hills are an integral part of the house itself. Great attention is paid to detail: from the iron shutters with laser-cut graphics, to the doors and windows, entrance gate and night lights, both indoors and outdoors. The large outdoor spaces make it possible to spend relaxing days outside by the scenic swimming pool (4 x 22m) or in the dining area underneath a large pergola with outdoor gas cooker and walled barbecue. The farmhouse is accessed from the main road by going along a dirt road for around 700 m.
