This original farm house was built in 1700, it consists of typical Ibizan constructions with different heights and sizes, with whitewashed walls and ceilings with beams of juniper wood.
The villa consists of four buildings: main house, guest house, loft house and coral.
There are beautifully maintained gardens with Mediterranean plants and fruit trees, a 50 m² pool surrounded by a spacious solarium fully equipped with outdoor furniture, a barbecue area with a large stone dining table, massage areas with a Balinese temple, 2 external showers (hot/cold), a parking for 8 cars and electric gates.
Welcome pack (wine, water, coffee, tea, bath goodies) is included.
15 hours of cleaning are included weekly (3x5 hours).
Linen/towels are changed once each week (Saturdays).
Pool and garden maintenance is included once per week.
A manager is available at the client’s disposal for any question or problem.
Extra cleaning, a chef, a housekeeper, a driver, and security are avialable for an extra charge.
The main living area has a large living room with a fireplace, a satellite TV, DVD and a docking station and leads out to the terraces and an outdoor lounge area.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with an access to the spacious outdoor dining area and an access to Wi-Fi and the music system throughout the house.
The laundry room has a washing machine and a dryer.
In the first guest house there is a kitchenette and a private terrace and in the second there is a large living room with a fireplace, a private terrace and an outdoor chill-out area.
There are 8 luxuriously comfortable, well furnished bedrooms distributed among the main house and guest houses.
5 double bedrooms, 3 twin bedrooms, 5 en-suite bathrooms and 2 bathrooms, wich distributed among the main house and guest houses.
