This villa is situated just in two minutes from the village of Santa Gertrudis. It was built in the Tuscan style and is surrounded by lush gardens, this house is a quiet and private place, making it easy to relax and entertain.
There is a pool area with a large cabana for lazing in the shade, and an adjacent cabana with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a bar, wich is ideal for barbecues and making cocktails.
The main house is surrounded by gardens and a large plaza that offers several outdoor dining areas with shade and sun.
The guest house is purpose built to host the needs of several guests, it provides all the amenities necessary and it is independent from the main house.
Cleaning is carried out five hours per day (except Sundays).
Extra cleaning, a chef, a housekeeper, a driver, and security are avialable for an extra charge.
The main house comprises of three floors.
The lower floor is an open planned area that features a large modern Poggenpohl kitchen with Gaggenau appliances that flows into a large family dining room.
The middle floor has an entertainment room, with a large balcony. The middle floor boasts three beautifully furnished double bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a separate office.
The top floor is reserved for the master suite, with two en-suite bathrooms, a dressing room and a large private terrace.
The first part of the guest house offers a double bedroom and adjacent bathroom, plus a living area, which can be converted into another double bedroom.
The second part of the guest house has a separate entrance, offers two double bedrooms one with an en-suite bathroom and the other has an adjacent bathroom and separate toilet.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen.
The guest house can sleep a total of eight persons comfortably.
The villa is equipped with plasma screens, DVD players, Sky TV, Bose sound systems on each floor, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
