This modern and carefully decorated villa in a Mediterranean style is located in Jávea and has 4 bedrooms with capacity for 8 people. The 284 m² accommodation, very bright and spacious, is distributed on two levels.

On the main floor, the villa offers a large living room with a large and comfortable chaise lounge sofa to relax, flat screen Smart TV and free WiFi. The living room gives way to a dining room with lots of light and a large table to eat together. The open concept space leads to the dining room with a beautiful wooden table from where you can access the open-plan kitchen, very spacious and fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, utensils stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. On this ground floor there are also 3 of the 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms with a bathtub. Two of the beautiful bedrooms have two single beds each and the other bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. On the upper floor, which is accessed from the stairs in the living room, the villa offers another beautiful bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a wonderful terrace with beautiful views of the mountains and the garden. All bedrooms have individual air conditioning.

The wonderful outdoor space of this villa offers a pleasant covered terrace with an outdoor dining table with wonderful views of the Montgó, a garden and an ideal area for the little ones with a playground.
